I have tried every diet in the past, how will this program be any different?
Because this is NOT a diet! This is about incorporating nutrient dense food into YOUR life. This is also about being CONSISTENT not perfect. Science proves being consistent 80-90% of the time will bring you the results you desire. Having a coach to motivate you and hold you accountable is the biggest difference with our programs.
How soon can I expect to see results from this program?
Results can vary, but many participants start noticing positive changes in their energy levels, mood, and overall health within the first few weeks. Long-term benefits, such as sustained weight loss and improved metabolic health, typically emerge with continued practice of the habits taught in the program.
It won't be enjoyable, am I going to be miserable?
You will learn a variety of recipes and techniques to enjoy and even love your healthy living. My videos will show you just how easy and delicious eating healthy can be. We will also work together to find food and activities you enjoy and meet you where you are. You will create small changes that over time will create huge results.
I don't have the time or motivation, how will this help?
The app you receive for the challenges is easy to use and will enable you to free up so much of your time. Your coach will communicate with you through the app and be monitoring your progress and will tweak your tailored program as we go along as needed. And you had better believe, we will keep you motivated and most of all we will have fun!
